This old apartment had been joined with the neighbor's and then separated again. As a result, it was already marked by several interventions over the years, often done without much care. It was necessary, through a renovation, to create more well-articulated and fluid spaces.
Fortunately, the apartment had wide strips of windows for which a long sideboard was designed, which also doubles up as a bench. This ensured the illumination of the space as well as providing an element that encourages people to gather there, near the natural light.
